Dedicated Consultant Ophthalmologist with over 12 years of experience in Jersey, specializing in Cataract surgery and Glaucoma management.
Proven track record of improving patients visual standards, mentoring junior staff, and delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Born and raised on the Mediterranean island of Malta, he is accustomed to Island life and has experience in managing diverse patient loads, performing over 1000+ Cataract surgeries in Jersey.
Mr Spiteri is on the Specialist Register of the GMC as an Ophthalmologist. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists, a Fellow of the European Board of Ophthalmology and a member of the UK and Ireland Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons. Mr. Beto Andrade - Practice Manager FBDO
Mr. Beto Andrade is the Practice Manager at Spiteri Eye Care, bringing organization, expertise and a passion for patient care.
With a wealth of experience working as a Senior Qualified Dispensing Optician, Beto conducts diagnostic eye screening tests, while maintaining the clinic running to the highest standards of service and professionalism.
He has a strong enthusiasm for contact lens fittings and is undergoing training to become a contact lens specialist for irregular corneas, and an experts in ocular surface health.
